Franz, Luxury Real Estate is an autonomous research and build project.

The goal is to create a system that can identify, organize, and evaluate high-value luxury real estate opportunities. It is not fully functioning yet, so your first job is not to assume the system is finished. Your first job is to understand the intended outcome and help identify what is missing.

This project matters because luxury real estate research can become more valuable when it is structured. Instead of manually looking at random listings, the system should eventually discover opportunities, collect the right data, compare properties against clear criteria, rank them, and produce useful outputs for Brent and Fergus.

The current state is exploratory. That means there may be pieces of content, strategy, or data, but the workflow still needs stronger structure. The important questions are: what data sources do we trust, how do we define an opportunity, what makes one property more interesting than another, what alerts or reports should exist, and what should the autonomous system do without needing constant human direction?

Your role can be useful immediately. Audit what exists, identify missing data, help define evaluation criteria, and turn the project into a repeatable workflow. The ultimate goal is a system that can surface luxury real estate opportunities clearly enough that Brent and Fergus can decide what deserves attention.
