Inventory Health + WIP: understanding Amazon-side friction
Inventory Health tiles explain whether inventory at Amazon is usable, aging, stuck, inbound-problematic, or creating account-level risk. These tiles usually support restock decisions; they should not replace the restock workflow.
Why these tiles exist
Amazon inventory is not one clean bucket. Units can be sellable, reserved, inbound, unfulfillable, aging, stuck in reserve, or tied to inbound noncompliance. The business needs separate views because each problem has a different fix.

Stuck Inventory
Answers what is not flowing through the expected reserve/sellable path.
