Critical path

Amazon Ops onboarding

Amazon Ops is the operating system for understanding inventory, pricing, profitability, seller behavior, warehouse stock, prep workflows, and restock decisions. The goal is not to memorize screens. The goal is to understand why each tile exists and which business decision it supports.

Pass 2 added: Open the expanded Amazon Ops tile-by-tile teaching layer.
Prime directive: read, compare, interpret, and escalate. Do not change Amazon pricing, listings, inventory, shipments, MAP policy, or live order decisions without Fergus or Brent.

Learning order

  1. Orientation and safety.
  2. Warehouse → order → prep workflow.
  3. Dedicated restock module.
  4. Inventory health and sales velocity.
  5. MAP/pricing, profitability, buy box, revenue, and seller intelligence.
  6. Redundancy/consolidation so Franz knows which tile to trust.

Restock first

Restock training is the urgent operational module. Franz should learn the tile path into the final order form before deeper strategic modules.
