Purpose
Build a system that can discover luxury real estate opportunities, evaluate them, rank them, and eventually operate with increasing autonomy.
Current state
Exploratory and incomplete. It needs clearer data sources, evaluation criteria, automation structure, and next-step ownership.

Understand the intent, audit what exists, identify missing pieces, and help turn the project into a repeatable workflow.

Discover opportunities, evaluate them, rank them, generate outputs, and surface next actions.

Define data sources, scoring criteria, alerts, output format, and owner review loop.
